Gary Roden
SVP Client Development & Commercial

In February 2019 Gary Roden became Senior Vice President of Client Development and Commercial at Ticketmaster UK. Gary has worked for Ticketmaster for approaching 5 years, where he has driven the transformation and rejuvenation of the Theatre, Arts and Comedy division of the business, originally as a Business Development Director and more recent as a VP, prior to undertaking his new role this February.

He has worked in a variety of senior roles within the theatre industry since starting his career on the Clear Channel Entertainment trainee manager programme back in 2003.

In his early career he became General Manager of touring theatre company New Perspectives, touring new theatre work across the UK. At the age of 25 Gary joined Live Nation as General Manager of the Bristol Hippodrome.

The venue was sold by Live Nation in 2009 to the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG), where Gary’s career continued to progressed further when in 2010 he took over the management of the 3000 seat Edinburgh Playhouse, the UK’s largest theatre. Prior to joining Ticketmaster Gary was the Managing Director of Parkwood Theatres, operating 4 separate venues across the South of England.

Sarah Slater
Vice President, Music

Sarah became VP of Music and Festivals in September 2018 after 3.5 years developing the music side of the business at Ticketmaster UK.

After a career as a professional dancer, Sarah started her ticketing career at Trinity Street, one of the first companies to identify the need for ‘Artist Services’. Sarah worked directly with the labels and management to create artist specific stores and ticket shops, as well as working with promoters and shows including Ibiza Rocks, Global Gathering and The Mighty Boosh.

In 2010, Sarah started her own company based on the Trinity Street model called Over 9, moving the output beyond artist services and forming a fully-fledged ticketing company, running alongside the likes of Harvey Goldsmith – the Queens Jubilee and Chime for Change

Sarah works across events and festivals large to small including Reading & Leeds, Creamfields, Lovebox and Warehouse Project, as well as working alongside well-known brand such as Bauer Media, MTV and Red Bull on their ticketing strategies.

Gillian Henderson
Senior Director Business Development – Scotland and Venues

Gillian has been working at Ticketmaster for 5 years and moved into a venue centric role in 2018, holding the relationships the venues and ticketing partners including Academy Music Group and SMG.

She has 12 years’ experience working with venues, starting her career at AMG at the Carling Academy Glasgow, before moving to MAMA and Co as General Manager a The Picture House Edinburgh while assisting the opening of further regional venues including; Ritz Manchester, East Village Arts Club Liverpool and Institute Birmingham.

Gillian has also worked on a number of large outdoor events and festivals in Scotland including T In The Park where she dedicated 11 years straight, The Ryder Cup 2014 and BBC at the Quay and more recently assisting on the delivery of the inaugural European Championships held in Glasgow in 2018.

From her base in Scotland she is also on the Board of Directors at Scottish Music Industry Association.

Ronnie Peters
Business Development Director - Theatre, Comedy & Arts

Ronnie joined Ticketmaster in July as Director of Business Development for Theatre, Arts and Comedy.

Ronnie joins us from Sonia Friedman Productions where he was Head of Sales and Revenue, working on countless Olivier Award Winning shows including Harry Potter and the Cursed Child which opened in New York, Melbourne, San Francisco and Hamburg.

With over 15 years’ experience in the theatre industry, from production companies to West End marketing agencies and Delfont Mackintosh venues, Ronnie brings a deep understanding of the theatre business, it’s needs and audiences, to ensure we apply the most dynamic ticketing solutions to the UK’s venues, tours and events.

Robert Fosterman
Business Development Director – Sports, Special Events, and Attractions

Rob became Director of Business Development for Sports, Special Events and Attractions in 2018 following 3.5 years in Ticketmaster’s Business Development team.

Prior to joining Ticketmaster, Rob worked in a wide variety of projects from touring productions to brand activation pieces for cinema distributor Apollo Digital Entertainment.

Rob now works across a diverse client base from Sports through to Exhibitions, including the MLB, IWM’s Duxford Air Shows and Secret Cinema, making him the go to for everything outside Music and Arts.

Beccs Lott
Director - Client Development Marketing

Beccs joined the Business Development team this summer after 6 years working in Marketing for Ticketmaster UK, most recently as Head of Music Marketing.


She has been working in live events for 14 years, starting as Backstage Assistant for Global Radio in 2005. Beccs has worked for several Leeds music venues, The Barbican, International Festivals including Hideout in Croatia, as well the BBC and Edinburgh International Television Festival.


In early 2012 she managed the marketing for South Bank London, working with several attractions and entertainment venues including The London Eye, the BFI and The National Theatre, before moving to Ticketmaster in the summer of 2013.

Jeremy Beveridge
Business Development Manager – Theatre

Jeremy joined Ticketmaster in 2017 as Business Development Manager for Theatre, Arts and Comedy.

He has worked in the Theatre industry for nine years, starting his career in the Box Office at the Prince Edward Theatre with Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Group where he progressed to manage inventory and revenue. Jeremy worked across a number of large West End shows including the 2014 revival of Miss Saigon, the transfer of Disney’s Aladdin, and the set up and management of The National Theatre’s The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

Jeremy has been an integral part of the growing the theatre community over the past few years, signing a variety of shows including Magic Mike Live.

Bonita McKinney
Business Development Manager - Music

Bonita has been in the Business Development Team at Ticketmaster for 2 years, following a year as a Client Account Manager for Music.

Her live music industry experience spans 10 years, starting at the Academy Music Group before working as a promoter, venue booker and festival booker for DHP and Robomagic.

Bonita has been integral to developing our community of independent festivals, Brand Partnerships such as Warchild and Marshall Amps, and iconic venues including Dingwalls. 

Ged Skelding
Business Development Manager - Music

Ged has been in the Business Development team for 5 years, moving to Business Development Manager in 2018.


He started his career as an intern at Get Involved who run Bestival and Camp Bestival before working at Last Second Tickets where he managed Orange Mobile’s customer loyalty scheme after they wound down Orange Wednesdays.


Ged works on the music side of the business, and is involved with key partnerships including NTIA and the Music Venues Trust.

Libby Urvois
Client & Business Development Manager

Libby joined the Business Development Team this year following 12 years in the Ticketweb side of the organisation.

She started her career in the industry an Event Coordinator for The Biscuit Factory Art Gallery in Newcastle Upon Tyne, working across everything from art auctions, corporate events and drink receptions.

Recently Libby has been part of our Universe platform implementation, making her knowledgeable across all of Ticketmaster’s self-service ticketing platforms.

Jason Boardman
Sales Executive

Jason has been with Ticketmaster for 17 years. He joined in 2003 as a part time call centre agent and moved on to deliver the training and quality programmes to employees, before moving into the Business Development team in 2017.

He started his career in the music industry as a DJ in 1988, with residencies at The Hacienda and The Boardwalk in Manchester plus Hard Times in Leeds, as well as performing all over the world. Today Jason runs a vinyl only record label Aficionado Recordings with his DJ partner Moonboots, as well as running nights of the same name.

Jason has developed strong relationships with music promoters, venues and Craft Beer brewers across the North, helping these independent operators to deliver successful events.

Adam Barr
Head of Groups & Corporate Sales

I first joined Ticketmaster back in 1997 while working as a jobbing actor. After an overseas hiatus in India, Thailand and Croatia, I returned in 2006 to join the Group sales team. With business development my primary focus, I explore new opportunities for groups with event partners. I’m a big concert fan, and working here has allowed me to keep in with London’s theatrical events which still hold a place in my heart from my time treading the boards. 

Lizzy Chee
Groups & Corporate Sales Operations Manager

I joined the Groups department when I moved to London after working in several entrepreneurial startups. My role is to oversee the administrative and operational processes and to provide support to the groups sales agents and management. As a big tennis fan I’ve had the good fortune to work offsite at Wimbledon. Plus, one of the highlights of my job is that I get a chance to see the majority of West End shows.
