Now in its 13th year, Latitude has steadily established itself as something of an anomaly on the major festival circuit. Noted for its relaxed atmosphere, immersive experience and remote location, it offers an escape unlike many others. Tens of thousands of revellers descended on Henham Park to witness the unique blend of music, theatre, comedy and fringe entertainment, topped by international superstars Solange, The Killers, The Charlatans and alt-J.  Behind the scenes, our team worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly.

Here are some insights on how the system was used:

  • Number of box offices: 2
  • Number of lanes: 8
  • Ability to utilise non-Ticketmaster staff that had never seen the Front Gate product before due to its ease of use
  • Scanning and wristband exchange managed by a third party
  • Number of pink sheep: Too many to count!

The organisers were pleased with how the system performed. It is optimised for both desktop and mobile, and can be white-labelled for any festival. In addition to things like quick checkout options, VIP experience upsells, group bookings, payment plans and cash payments, it provides analytics along with all the functions essential to box office and access control.
